A limited number of Surgical Resident Travel Grants are available for the coming academic year.  The applicant must be a resident in one of the Departments of Surgery, Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, or Urology.  The resident must be a Podium presenter of a scientific paper accepted for a nationally recognized surgical meeting outside the Greater Los Angeles Area.  The Resident should be the first author as well as the presenter of the paper.  Applications will only be considered after the resident has been notified that the paper has been accepted. The faculty member must confirm that the resident is in good standing and is enrolled in an approved ACGME program. Travel Grants will not be provided for Poster Presentations. Residents are limited to one application per academic year.

     Meetings held outside the USA and Canada will not be considered.

     Please attach the accepted abstract with names of all co-authors as well as the name of the meeting, location, date and time of the presentation and your e-mail address.  You will be notified via e-mail as to your Grant request.
